I am seriously ready to go postal on these guys. Here is my situation I’ll just post what was communicated between them and I. Forgive my writing I was very frustrated and upset. Especially look at their dumb ass response and also how long they took to reply to my dam ticket. Bastards.

Bought 1st account 24 mo with 6 free months for $238.00 with guarantee of same price as long as I am a customer.
Never got renewal notice until six month after end of contract. Renewed immediately. Was called and told that program was no longer available. Had a better plan at only $3.57… [ ... ]
Even after cancelling my renewal months prior to this e-mail they never respond to any correspondence.
Luckily they had my old card details, but now are threatening me with credit burros, which can be upsetting and even more so when they never reply to you.
All they seem interested in is getting your money.

One of Gisol’s tactics is to make sure that your domain is not renewed. You usually don’t know anything about it until your website disappears. When this happens, it will be in the redemption period, and they will probably get you to sign up for a new contract, quote you a small renewal fee, then… [ ... ]
I signed up for a year’s service in March of ‘07 with Gisol for $73 per year. My website was disabled in November of ‘07 and when I called, I didn’t realize that I already had paid for service through March, but I was told that my account had expired and my credit card was expired. I gave them my updated credit card information, signed the “terms of service” contract… [ ... ]
I’m afraid that I may have been scammed in a similar way. I am very distraught over it as well. I cancelled my account with Gisol with the intention of transferring my web hosting to GoDaddy. They called me on the phone and told me that I’m already set to have my account renewed and will be charged no matter what because I did not give them 30 days… [ ... ]
