A contibutor to this site has thought of a great idea to get the CA AGO’s and LA DA’s attention:
Send your forged signature proof to them!
Instead of letters from (as they probably see it) a bunch of ‘disgruntled customers’ disputing the amount of money charged, they will actually be seeing EVIDENCE of FORGERY and FRAUD… [ ... ]
12 May 08 PayPal supported me 100% after my dispute with Gisol
A while ago I ordered a standard hosting at Gisol. My big luck was that I paid this with a Paypal account and not via my creditcard!!! After my registration at Gisol a salesperson called me by phone, telling me I had to pay more than 900$ because I had selected the “one time set-up”… [ ... ]
03 Mar 08 Stay away from GISOL
On 10/12/07 I orderd a web hosting package from them for 7.95 per month. 95.40 per year what they charged my debit card was $1078.24. After serveral attempts at contacting them about this in an attempt to get the charges adjusted to no avail. I turned the matter over to my banks fraud dept. They issued a chargeback for the amount.
