i finally got my money back, i sent a letter to head of the General Counsel at MasterCard international explaining the details, that they had a fraudulent merchant in their system, and the difficulty i was having with my bank HSBC. From posts on here and other sites it looks like American Express (AMEX) has refused to deal with Gisol any more. This must be to do with the amount of chargebacks they are getting. It can only be a matter of time before Visa International and Mastercard do the same. If they take away their rights to take credit card payments, it will effectively shut them down as they will… [ ... ]
