I have a similar story to everyone who has posted on your site. I used GISOL for quite a while before I had any issues with them; must have be 2 or 3 years. Then they let my domain go into redemption and threatened to charge me ~$750 dollars in ‘penalties’ for letting it go that far…the domain was registered in their name, as usual. They were my hosting company for several years - until site was more down than up. I changed providers and had a terrible time with GISOL transfering the DNS address.

16 May 08 Gisol was trying to dispute charge - My Bank won!

Here’s the update from my previous post. Gisol sent my bank 33 pages of “rubbish”, as the guy at my bank put it. Visa International has sided with my bank and refunded them. Luckily, my bank was sympathetic and refunded the money back to me before they won.
