This is the video of the I-TEAM investigation from FOX 5 (WAGA) in Atlanta.
It’s yet another expose on TV about Gisol, this time concentrating on the loss of domain names of 2 of Gisol’s victims from Georgia. It seems to lay the blame slightly on the victims themselves, saying they should have been more careful reading the contracts.
Although it… [ ... ]
GISOL contacted me then emailed this.
Dear Steven W. Golden,
It has come to our attention that you may still have outstanding issues with GISOL and we have made an attempt in good faith to resolve these issues with you on Thursday, November 13th of 2008 at 10:05AM (PST). This letter shall serve as a record of our attempt in good faith to resolve your issue with GISOL telephonically. During our telephone… [ ... ]
Below is Gisol’s response to the FOX News report, and an email that they sent direct to me and Raoul.
I am only publishing it because it is not up to me to decide what you can and can’t see. We all know that Gisol have deliberately done what they have done, and you feel that you have been more than… [ ... ]
This only applies to victims in the US…
For any of you thinking that you cannot take Gisol to Small Claims Court because you cannot get to Los Angeles, please see:

Gisol’s contract states:
ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING CONCERNING THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, AND EACH OF THE PARTIES HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONSENTS TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION… [ ... ]
Gisol’s famous non-existant 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is no longer advertised on their website. At some point this year, their highly trained graphic artist (or a 3 year old) has changed their front page. In fact, it has changed a couple of times over the last couple of years. Using the Internet Archive “Wayback Machine” I managed to get some screen shots:

I thought we could start a self help chapter of arguments for the credit card companies.
This would be my first, but others can add their thoughts as well:
Understand that I am not an attorney and only offer suggestions to help clarify your position with the courts and the credit card companies. Your cases are all different and you must decide if this information works in your case.

A contibutor to this site has thought of a great idea to get the CA AGO’s and LA DA’s attention:
Send your forged signature proof to them!
Instead of letters from (as they probably see it) a bunch of ‘disgruntled customers’ disputing the amount of money charged, they will actually be seeing EVIDENCE of FORGERY and FRAUD… [ ... ]

Here’s the update from my previous post. Gisol sent my bank 33 pages of “rubbish”, as the guy at my bank put it. Visa International has sided with my bank and refunded them. Luckily, my bank was sympathetic and refunded the money back to me before they won.
Here’s “Adam”s letter that was sent in… [ ... ]

Never got renewal notice until six month after end of contract. Renewed immediately. Was called and told that program was no longer available. Had a better plan at only $3.57… [ ... ]
Gisol…stay away from this company…company uses trick tactics to get you to stay signed on…coersion…tells you one price $5.95 per month and charges your credit card ($1,043.79) and signs you up without your knowledge for a year contract at $27.99 per month.

The injustice of GISOL has reached down to little ole New Zealand and I can only assume that if it has reached here then it is a global menace.
On the 4th March 2008 I signed up for a GISOL hosting account. $7.95 per month for 12 months. I authorised a credit card transaction of US$99.40 on… [ ... ]
I was extorted by GISOL. Given 1 hour before they shut me down. They said I would have to pay for a 3 year contract because they upgraded their server panels and I was such an old customer I would have to upgrade or would loose my email - web site and domain name. I… [ ... ]
