WHAT LOSERS - You can’t even talk to a GISOL Employee about you account. All I got was snotty remarks from a contract service rep

Gisol ripped me off $40 on one sigle domain name!!
I’m on the phone right now to them FROM THE UK costing me god knows how much.
1) when signing up I paid the $10 for a domian name but choosed to pick a domain later.
2) when i decided they said that i NEVER paid and that i needed to pay via paypal. So i did!
3) then they said sorry payments are not via paypal they are via debitcard. So i paid AGAIN via debit card. then they told me it never went trough and that my card was rejected BUT the money came out of my bank.
4) then i paid via VISA and finnally it worked.
This happen 6 mounths ago and im still sending them emails trying to despute it with no reply what so ever. 57 emails sent to them! thats messed up.
Live support is another joke, the same guy named “Neo” happens to work in EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT! HAHA. I contact sales, custermer support, technical, billing and he shows up.
See the funny thing was one day, i contact sales by accedent via live, he came and said sorry you need to contact billing live. And when I did 2 minutes later AGAIN he shows up in billing dept? So i was like WTF? what a waste of time…
This is a joke.

Hi,
I paid for 1 year professional web hosting and they even didn’t activate my account. I sent several e-mails to admin@gisol.com and sales@gisol.com but there was no reply. Is there anyway that i can get a refund?

Hi Eymen,
You will NOT easily get a refund from Gisol themselves. Your best bet is to contact your bank and do a chargeback.
