Below is Gisol’s response to the FOX News report, and an email that they sent direct to me and Raoul.
I am only publishing it because it is not up to me to decide what you can and can’t see. We all know that Gisol have deliberately done what they have done, and you feel that you have been more than just “treated unfairly”. We all know the reasons behind their activities. Remember, they have ONLY done this in response to them being exposed as a scam on TV. It is in no way a “good faith effort to resolve issues”. It is a panic response - they are running scared.
We suspect that Gisol IS going to start returning the money and domains they stole from you, but it probably will come at a price: YOUR SILENCE. That means no posting negative comments on the web, no talking to the media, and most of all, NO REPORTING THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES. That will also mean signing a contract.
If you feel that the money and/or domain name is more important than seeing Gisol in court and in jail, then that is OK by me. We all have different needs and priorities. Please be aware that they will still be at large, they will still be running businesses, and they will still be free to do this again to others. If they start up another business we don’t know about, it could be YOU they do it to again.
If you DO contact Gisol about this, please let me know what happens. I’m sure that there will be a clause that you cannot speak to me in the contract you have to sign, but I will keep anything you send me totally confidential if you wish. DO NOT give them your credit card number to refund - we all know where that got us in the first place. Insist on a Cashiers Check
It IS your decision what you do, but please think long and hard about it. Think about the bigger picture. Do you want others to go through what you have gone through?
IF this is a genuine offer to refund and return domains, with NO STRINGS ATTACHED, no Contracts, no clauses, I will publish a post affirming the fact and urging everyone to contact Gisol, shortly after eating my hat.
Please leave your comments about this post at the bottom. Remember, due to Gisol leaving comments either in their name or fake ones, they are now being moderated so it may take a while for them to appear on the site.

Gisol’s email to me (also unedited):
Dear Mike,
It has come to our attention that your website is home to GISOL customers that
feel we have treated them unfairly. GISOL has created a new Customer Relations
Department to handle the kinds of problems that the customers going to your
website are having and we have been posting a message containing a link to the
new ticketing system that GISOL has incorporated. Our posts are a good faith
effort to resolve issues with these customers by collecting their data and
creating a specific case for each customer. You have been deleting our posts/attempts, thereby going against the sole
reason that your website exists. It now seems that your motive for creating
report-gisol.com was not to help “victims” of GISOL, but for your own
personal gain. Your personal gain might be the money that you are making by
hosting advertisement for Google Ad Works or the various donations you are
receiving from the same customers we are now trying to help. In any case, GISOL
is reaching out in an attempt to resolve the issues that the customers posting
on your page are having, fulfilling the main goal of report-gisol.com. We now
understand that you are deleting our posts because if these issues are resolved,
you will not be making any money from Google Ad Works and donations, thereby
exhausting your sources of revenue.I reiterate, we have been trying to accommodate GISOL customers that post on
your website, but you refuse to allow it.Sincerely,

My reply to Gisol’s email (also unedited):
Dear Gisol,
It has come to our attention that GISOL customers allege that they were treated slightly more than unfairly.
I find it very strange that you are contacting me direct now that you have been exposed on FOX News. You have had the opportunity to do so for many months now.
If you wish to re-write your post, apologising for your actions, guaranteeing your customers’ domains and money back PLUS appropriate compensation UNCONDITIONALLY, automatically, without their contact to YOU, I may reconsider publishing your comments.
You know what you have done, so you know how to reverse it. The emphasis is on YOU to right your wrongs, not for your customers to “apply” for their domains and money.
I can assure you, I have not made a penny profit from www.report-gisol.com. My sole motive for the site is to help “victims” and to stop the “issues” occurring again.
Yours,
Report-Gisol.
Sorry, but due to Gisol trying to post comments, they are now being moderated. They will appear ASAP.
Dear Mike,
You might as well sketch a picture. GISOL's response reminds me of the little boy who misbehaves, and then defensively holds his hands over his little rear end while pointing his sweet, innocent face up at his mother and crooning "I love you, Mommy".
I'm not sure I can otherwise interpret GISOL's message. They seem to be confusing "prosecution" with "persecution". You've created a forum where we victims can come together to share our experiences in the hope that those persons who robbed us of our money, often our domains, and in many cases our business income will receive just punishment for those crimes.
Most of us have moved elsewhere, abandoning our months of fruitless efforts to unlock the vise grip that GISOL has placed on our accounts…if in fact our domains are not now owned by some trumped-up idiots in India. Of course we all want to see them prosecuted; nothing less will repay us for the often severe financial losses and emotional stress over and above the mere forgery of our
names to huge, misrepresented charges after promises of discounts to what were reasonable amounts.
I ended up paying $95 for my site, which supposedly paid me in full until 2009, then being charged a further $1798 for an account I could never begin to use in a lifetime. My mistake? I agreed to receive a refund (ha ha) of the $95 in return for agreeing to a one-year charge of $47. Total loss? $1841…Old charge plus new charge minus the $47 the whole thing should have cost. On top of that, when I lost my domain it cost me hundreds to build a new web site because I had to have it done too quickly to do it myself. Even allowing for the economy to be a bit off last spring, I figure GISOL cost me between $8000 and $13,000 plus the cost of adding an employee to create and manage a web site that I'd previously done on my own. Until GISOL replaces my lost domain name, admits to claiming its ownership and then deliberately allowing it to expire so they could sell it on the billowing resale market, restores my lost web site and then allows its transfer, publishes an explanation and apology for why it deliberately stole and resold my site, creates a link to my new site so my customers can find me again, and reimburses me for the lost income of taking my site, well known in my industry, at a critical point in my business year, I would NEVER consider anything but pressing the fullest of charges for both forgery and fraud. I am NOT interested in apologies; I am NOT interested in ever associating with them again on a professional level because they are not professionals. They are crooks, and belong where I hope to help send them.
Just because FOX aired its small news clip scraping the surface of the problem, now they are whimpering that we (for everyone who contacts you is just one of a large group of victims seeking unity) are rejecting their desperate attempts to cover their smelly butts with their dirty hands while telling us they love us, and please don't spank them. They sound as though anything less is persecution, some deliberate attempt to ruin their "good name" and potentially end their ability to exploit future victims.
I suggest that they open a trust account in a bank with whom they have no relationship (family or business, and deposit at least $2,000,000 to be administered an independent manager chosen from a board of trustees appointed by the authorities and that bank to review and distribute money (including financial losses. I further suggest that they reveal all the names of those whom they have robbed to those independent trustees. Finally, I suggest that they either be banned from doing business on the Internet under any name, or that they put an additional amount into escrow to cover any further victimization of customers by any of the individuals involved in this business or any persons hired to provide a front for them.
Once these steps have been taken and money has been distributed fairly to all victims, perhaps the charges against them could be expunged, but until such time as we've all been reimbursed, I see no reason to even consider anything less than exposure and jail time. To my mind, these bullies cannot possibly undo the damage they've caused, and any small attempts to reintegrate their victims into their system will not and cannot make up for the losses and pain they have callously created when they thought they were above the law.
I ask just one question: WHY SHOULD WE TRUST THEM NOW?
4one4all
GISOL now wants to be heard as a victim themselves. NOT GOING TO WORK!!! GISOL, if you truly want to make right, you need to start writing cashiers checks and putting them in the mail to all of the people you have wronged. And you know who they are. In the envelope with the check, I would expect a mea culpa letter. (and hopefully less grammar mistakes and misspellings than are typical in GISOL communications)
Also, RE: Report-Gisol making a profit… I’m sure you realize, GISOL, that the work to fight your illegal activities has eaten up many hours of many people’s lives, and that the administrator of Report-Gisol is surely the one who has spent the most time of all the vicitms. UNCOMPENSATED time. I’m sure the balance sheet is well in the red, and how dare you accuse this person of trying to make a profit when the sole motive is to make whole that which you, GISOL, have broken?! If you were truly feeling remorse, you would not have apologized out of one side of your mouth while slinging mud and trying to point fingers and shift blame.
I will not be happy until they are prosecuted criminally. I can not be bought off.
Thanks Brenda,
Just doing a quick calculation and basing it on a wage of say $30 per hour and the amount of hours I have spent on this “issue”, I think I am owed about $100,000! I’m not joking. I probably spend 80 hours per week on this, but I don’t mind because it will be worth it in the end.
I think with donations of $60, revenues from Google AdSense (Not “Ad Works” you Gisol idiots) of $40, and with domain registration and webhosting costs of around $100, I am hardly in profit.
How much does Gisol think I am making out of this?
Is it purely a foolishly stupid way of discrediting my site, because as we all know Gisol say they have done nothing wrong?
I think so.
Although I obtained my money back it was not GISOL’s doing rather my quick action on the fraudulent charges to my debit card..this obtained through my bank. I feel that I was not fully compensated for the time involved and loss of use of one of my checking accounts and the debit card associated with it. No amount of appologies from them will ever restore my business with them I do not or will not trust them to do whats right. So I will never do business with them ever. And will research thoroughly to determine if any webhosting service is affiliated with them in any way before doing business with them. As far As I’m concered GISOL you don’t exsist as a webhosting service and hope this economic downturn puts you out of business.
Story ran on Fox 5 in Atlanta last night too! Glad these guys are getting exposed for the crooks they are!
DO they think we’re so stupid we can’t see through their feeble attempts to placate their victims…That’s all it is. They want to be able to show the BBB they attempted to resolve the issue, when all they are doing is posting a few emails, sending some letters, making a few phone calls, no refunds, no returned domain names, nothing of any significance, just more rhetoric from a company we all wish we’d never heard of much less done business with!
Check your complaint regularly and make sure you keep it up-to-date with the actual facts not the GISOL spin.
They have no more intention of doing the right thing than they ever have. A new customer service department. It’s the same two guys we saw running down the street…LMAO!!

I saw Gisol’s new customer relations department address and attempted to contact them. I had been trying to get resolution for nine months, with no response from them. They basically called me a liar and offered to give me a credit on my account of nearly $500. I want my $1798 back! They did finally give me a password, which they hadn’t bothered to send before. I cancelled my account but did not waive my right to a refund. Their site states that cancelling means you won’t get a refund….
I am so glad there is a concerted effort to get these guys! It is time.
Found their house after the Fox 11 report. It is 809 N. Gardner street, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Do with it what you will.
