Well, when it comes down to researching its a VERY terrible thing to do, why?
1) Every hosting company has a “few” unsatisfied customers, so when you search up for example “Hostgator Sucks” in Google, you will receive an odd hundred websites with people complaining about how it sucks.
But, coming from me, a person that has had experience with Dot5Hosting, Gisol, HostGater and BlueHost, I personally pick BlueHost out of the lot. (Or HostMonster.com, both ran by the same company)
Its just perfect in all ways, and yes, if you search you will find unsatisfied customers, but its 1 in a million chance that you will be unsatisfied.
The one thing that I love about BlueHost is there Live Chat, its perfect, the people on the other side are actually American and they don’t use pre-made questions and answers from the drop-down-menu they select and reply to you with either. It’s all there own words, and there response is so fast (type so fast) and they also know what there doing.
