29 Nov 08 Another Lie by GISOL Crooks

Gisol has a record of lying by now especially in responses to victims trying to get chargebacks from credit card companies.
Here is a proof that Gisol is just a bunch of liars. In the attached statement Gisol informed me that I have until November 27, 2008 to respond. If I don’t respond by November 28, 2008 they will have my support ticket closed.

Yet as you can see in the other attached statement, they closed my support ticket on November 22, 2008.

18 Nov 08 GISOL - THE VIDEO 2!

This is the video of the I-TEAM investigation from FOX 5 (WAGA) in Atlanta.

It’s yet another expose on TV about Gisol, this time concentrating on the loss of domain names of 2 of Gisol’s victims from Georgia. It seems to lay the blame slightly on the victims themselves, saying they should have been more careful reading the contracts.

Although it isn’t as damaging as FOX 11 LA’s video, it can only be regarded as bad publicity for the fraudsters behind Gisol. We all know that the contract they are referring to has changed over the years, and the false advertising on Gisol’s website totally contradicted the contract.

We all know that when Steve and Marsha signed up to Gisol’s service, they looked at the website itself, like we all did. They didn’t scrutinise the contract. Who would? Who would be able to understand it? How many times do you install new software, or sign up to a new website, and just OK the contract/terms of service etc? Do you get a lawyer to check it over every time? NO. You trust them not to be a scam, to try to rip you off by using the contract as a get-out clause.

Steve and Marsha are victims like everyone else who have contacted this website. Thanks to both of them for exposing the scam otherwise known as Global Internet Solutions.

14 Nov 08 It has come to our attention… (since you appeared on FOX 11 News)

GISOL contacted me then emailed this.

Dear Steven W. Golden,
It has come to our attention that you may still have outstanding issues with GISOL and we have made an attempt in good faith to resolve these issues with you on Thursday, November 13th of 2008 at 10:05AM (PST). This letter shall serve as a record of our attempt in good faith to resolve your issue with GISOL telephonically. During our telephone communication, you stated that GISOL does not owe you any money as your bank never charged you. You also stated that there was an attempt by GISOL to charge you over $2800 involving multiple authorizations; GISOL asserts that 1 single authorization attempt was made in the amount of $898.20 and at no point in time was there any repeated attempt to charge any additional amount.
At the conclusion of our telephone communication, you stated, “You guys know what you are doing, there is no need to talk about it anymore”. This came right after we attempted to explain what actually occurred with your account and that we never attempted to charge you $2800, whereas this was either a merchant service provider transmission error or a bank error. We also attempted to explain that GISOL did not “deliberately” allow your domain to expire. Alldomains/Dotster, which was your domains registrar, locked GISOL out of their account prohibiting the renewal of any domain. Their subsidiary, SnapNames.com was then used as a backorder service to grab these domain names and attempt to resell them back to our customers at a significant profit. When you attempted to renew your domain name through our system, it sent the request through, however it could not be completed because Alldomains/Dotster declined the renewal request.
If you wish to contact GISOL in order to discuss any existing issues you may still have or you simply have a question, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Relations Department Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10:00AM – 5:00PM PST at 323-924-1109 or you may fill out a ticket for our Customer Relations Department by visiting https://gisol.com/qualityassurance/ 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. As of November, 13th of 2008, GISOL has been notified by Steven W. Golden that no refund is due and no resolution is necessary or desired. We will be closing your complaint case on November 27th, 2008. If you decide that you would like to discuss any previous occurrences on your account, please contact us before this date.

My response:

1) I didn’t say GISOL doesn’t owe me any Money. I said Bank America Fraud division denied charges to my credit card when GISOL tried to force a new contract against my wishes or intent.

You owe me money for the remaining month’s of old contract from when GISOL suspended my account.

2) GISOL can assert all they want that a single credit card charge attempt was made for $898.20. Bank America records show something different.

GISOL attempted four charges in row ($898.20, $718, $646.20, $574) totaling $2836.40 Evidence in the police report going to LA County will show it.

3) GISOL didn’t contact me to explain what happened. GISOL’s telephone call was nothing but self serving. I didn’t say “you guys know what your doing” I said “You guys know what you did” big difference.

GISOL blames everyone other than themselves. GISOL blames it on a credit merchant service provider transmission errors or a bank error.

4) GISOL said they didn’t “deliberately” not renew my domain name. Sounds fishy to me.

GISOL blames Alldomains/Dotster for locking them out. They couldn’t renew. ( Why am I only hearing about this now! Could have let me know back then).

5) GISOL says Alldomains/Dotster blocked renewal attempts. GISOL now accuses Alldomains/Dotster and their subsidiary, SnapNames.com as a backorder service to grab these domain names and resell them back to GISOL customers at a significant profit.

What if anything is GISOL doing about that? Call BBB, Detective Kaplan? (I’m going to). GISOL should make every attempt in earnest to reclaim my domain name and give it back to me if they are sincere.

First time ever FOX 11 is re-running their under cover report. Right now they are showing it live on fox 11. WOW Gisol screwed up so much, why would FOX show it again? Unless! Gisol screwed some one from FOX.

08 Nov 08 Domestic Terrorism!

Dear Mike,

GISOL has stolen my domain - they have had it down now for 2 weeks, causing damage to my reputation and pocketbook, but I refuse to be blackmailed and pay them over $1,700 to get my domain back. They have a domain name, but not my business. I have obtained another domain and will shortly have my business up on the internet again, and will tell everyone what happened to my original domain.

Let’s call this what it truely is - DOMESTIC TERRORISM! They are trying to disrupt our way of doing business by attacking the small business owner. I may be a small business owner, but the national professional organization that I belong to has 300,000 members. I also belong to the AARP. On Friday I informed my district sales manager of a large insurance company that I represent about what GISOL has done to my business, and she has forwarded the information to her manager. Need I say more!

If we would all pass the word along to our associates and networks, we can inflict some financial pain to the GISOLs of the internet world. Starting January 2009, we should all contact our state and federal representatives (yes, also our new president) to get something done about these bad apples that are trying to ruin and interfere with our doing business on the internet.

07 Nov 08 GISOL’s response - BE VERY CAREFUL

Below is Gisol’s response to the FOX News report, and an email that they sent direct to me and Raoul.

I am only publishing it because it is not up to me to decide what you can and can’t see. We all know that Gisol have deliberately done what they have done, and you feel that you have been more than just “treated unfairly”. We all know the reasons behind their activities. Remember, they have ONLY done this in response to them being exposed as a scam on TV. It is in no way a “good faith effort to resolve issues”. It is a panic response - they are running scared.

We suspect that Gisol IS going to start returning the money and domains they stole from you, but it probably will come at a price: YOUR SILENCE. That means no posting negative comments on the web, no talking to the media, and most of all, NO REPORTING THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES. That will also mean signing a contract.

If you feel that the money and/or domain name is more important than seeing Gisol in court and in jail, then that is OK by me. We all have different needs and priorities. Please be aware that they will still be at large, they will still be running businesses, and they will still be free to do this again to others. If they start up another business we don’t know about, it could be YOU they do it to again.

If you DO contact Gisol about this, please let me know what happens. I’m sure that there will be a clause that you cannot speak to me in the contract you have to sign, but I will keep anything you send me totally confidential if you wish. DO NOT give them your credit card number to refund - we all know where that got us in the first place. Insist on a Cashiers Check

It IS your decision what you do, but please think long and hard about it. Think about the bigger picture. Do you want others to go through what you have gone through?

IF this is a genuine offer to refund and return domains, with NO STRINGS ATTACHED, no Contracts, no clauses, I will publish a post affirming the fact and urging everyone to contact Gisol, shortly after eating my hat.

I find it very strange that you are contacting me direct now that you have been exposed on FOX News. You have had the opportunity to do so for many months now.

If you wish to re-write your post, apologising for your actions, guaranteeing your customers’ domains and money back PLUS appropriate compensation UNCONDITIONALLY, automatically, without their contact to YOU, I may reconsider publishing your comments.

You know what you have done, so you know how to reverse it. The emphasis is on YOU to right your wrongs, not for your customers to “apply” for their domains and money.

I can assure you, I have not made a penny profit from www.report-gisol.com. My sole motive for the site is to help “victims” and to stop the “issues” occurring again.

Hello everyone, it has come to my attention that Gisol Inc is checking this website every day.

How do I know?

Recently I spend couple of hours parked next to their office (house they cannot afford an office) SECURITY IS NOT THERE. COME ON. It’s like all they do is surf this website. 24 – 7 – 365

I have emailed Mike to find a way to make this website more private. Waiting for his reply!

06 Nov 08 Gisol have hired Security with GUNS!

EVERYONE. I just got back home and you would not believe things I’ve seen. Gisol Inc is HOME, and not only they are home they have hired a security to protect them 24 / 7 with GUNS!. I have stayed there till 6:40PM PST. I wish I could of took some pictures but if I did they would have spot me.

DO NOT go to there, they will KILL YOU “- - - - DEAD”

If anyone wants to know how many IDIOTS it takes to run Gisol the answer is 6!

The security guy was like 7 FEET tall.

Ow and the night guard is so small! Like 4FEET tall. (looked like cops)

Gisol has not been home since the air of FOX 11. We had passed their house about 2 times yesterday and there were no car parked in the drive way,

"GISOL IS DEAD?"

Some one please let me know, because if they are not home then I will have to visit them another day, I will drive by their house again today before 2pm to let every one know.

So now we wait…. Now we want to know what will happen to the Spivaks, the owners of gisol.com. We want to know what will happen to the hundreds of thousands of dollars they have stolen from us. We want to know what will happen to the hundreds/thousands of domain names Gisol have stolen from us. We want to know how the authorities will handle the situation.

We don’t know the answers, we don’t know what will happen, but for me personally, I’m happy. They’ve been exposed for what they are: scammers, fraudsters, rip-off merchants, and low-life criminals.

It’s changed now… It’s not just about individuals. It’s not just about each of us with our separate stories. We have a video. We have evidence from a third party. We have something to unite us from a reputable, Global TV channel that is FOX News. Send a copy with any and all complaints to help your case.
