We’ve been aware for some time now, that a producer from Fox 11 (KTTV) News in Los Angeles has been interested in Gisol. He has been interviewing Gisol victims in Southern California, and trying to contact the fraudsters behind Global Internet Solutions.
He has now finished the report, and it is due to be screened on:
Monday Nov 3rd at 10pm Pacific Time on his show “UNDERCOVER SPECIAL”.

Apart from the fact, dotster or TuCows will receive around 50,000 emails a day requesting or asking what the hell happen to there domains and they “demand an explanation.” Next thing you know, they stop replying back to you

IF that happened, the domain names would stay in Gisol’s name, but the hosting would probably go down.
I think you would have a good claim on them if Gisol was in jail!

Please, please let this be it…lets put an end to them right now. I know I will not get my money back, but just to see them get whats coming to them, and the satisfaction that they can’t do this to anyone else is more than enough.

Great! I was interviewed here in Atlanta by our Fox 5 Atlanta station about the GISOL story, but it has not aired yet — I think due to the gas shortage that happened about a month ago and then of course the election coverage. I will forward this info to the undercover reporter that interviewed me!

Well that sure was something. But I would have thought it would be a in-dept investigation that went on for around 30 minutes. But, it was only 3 minutes.

We contacted Fox in Atlanta a couple of months ago to see if they were interested in picking up the story. They came out and did an interview with us. They told us that their sister station in LA was also investigating and I guess they merged some of the interviews both stations had done with victims into what we saw last night. We’re the rain barrel business. I’m glad to see these scumbags getting exposed for what they are.
To Gary. My name is also Gary. I am the creator of the software DVD player “MaXimusDVD”. I own the domain “maximusdvd.com” and once used gisol as a webhost. I too was ripped off by these crooks when my wife tried to sign up for her own account. My website is now hosted by Yahoo Business Accounts. I have three active website domains and would like very much to setup a webpage on each of my websites to help expose gisol’s wrong doings. My websites recieve much traffic. Please google maximusdvd.
Can you please send me a link to where I can download the original video file you have made from the Fox News broadcast? The YouTube video is not of the best quality. I would like to convert it as needed and create streaming Windows media video links on my websites for the video. I will also upload it to my own YouTube account and periodically reupload it to help keep it at the top of YouTube’s recent uploads where it will continue to recieve recognition. Hmm, I wouldn’t trust that one if I was you. I mean, all it takes is the pictures from Google Maps, and the whois information of Gisol’s domain name to say you know someone.

That was pretty disappointing. They only found “dozens” of complaints online? They should have at least pushed the investigation to the various law authorities, and looked into their false advertising. At least future victims can now refer their legal or credit card fraudulent charges to the Fox clip. They also only covered big charges and losing domains, but by far the biggest complaint against these crooks has been their fraudulent refund advertising (now removed from their homepage).
