If you have been scammed by GISOL please call the CA district attorney Robert Jackson at 213-580-3324. Robert told me that because GISOL has been using several addresses that they were having trouble finding jurisdiction on the matter. One DA needs as many complaints as we can get him. Please call and tell him your information.

Dianne Suzuki of the same office has now taken over the Gisol investigation, and is THE person to contact. Her phone number is 213 580 6793. Deceptive Sales Practices: Examples of these include the “hard sell,” where high pressure tactics and half-truths are used to force a hasty purchase, and “bait-and-switch,” where consumers are lured into a store with an appealing ad and then switched to a more expensive item.

I called today. I hope to be able to meet in person. Lets all call. We are so close. I know it to topple this fraudent company, who lure sheep and slughter them taking their hard earn money.
Has anyone been able to speak to Diane? I left a message a while ago but never heard back. I also sent her a lot of information. I think I am finally at the point of resolving this with mastercard (after 6 months) but i will continue to try and get them shut down. I will post some interesting information for anyone who paid with mastercard later.
I spoke to Diane on my first attempt on Oct 23, 2008. She was very understanding and asked me some questions. I emailed her my incident details for her files. She said it is slow on their end, sounded like some internal bureaucracy, trying to open a formal case against Gisol but she continues to work on it.
