I am seriously ready to go postal on these guys. Here is my situation I’ll just post what was communicated between them and I. Forgive my writing I was very frustrated and upset. Especially look at their dumb ass response and also how long they took to reply to my dam ticket. Bastards.

I registered this domain through you guys! I never got any account information from any
other company in regards to this domain! You guys never gave me anything or told me
anything its a package that I PAID you all for.

Now I need my domain BACK! I paid for service through you guys and now its useless if thats
the case I want my money BACK! Whats going one here why is your service so poor! I’ve been
a customer for years and you all do this to me???? PLEASE fix this ASAP!!! This is not right.

    You have received the exact same messages from Gisol support that the rest of us received—word for word. They allow or cause the domain name to expire as they own it and when you try to get it back, they defraud you out of $1798.20 or some other ridiculous amount that you do not authorize. The normal amount is the $1798.20 and they ‘upgrade you to a 3 year business account’. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!! There are hundreds of us who are desparately trying to get our money back from these crooks. Call your bank or credit card company and put a block on any charges from Gisol before you become one of many who are out their website AND almost $1800.00.

    We got exactly the same run around from these guys, lost money and our domain name. Report them to the LA BBB and to the LA County Sheriff’s Office. They are quite familiar with these guys, lots of folks have been ripped off. You will need to file a report with your local sheriff’s office and have them forward a copy to LA. If we all fight back, we might just shut these creeps down!
