18 Jun 08 Washington Mutual set up a recurring charge of $877 per month to Gisol

I can’t believe my credit card company “Washington Mutual”.

I strongly advise everyone to check with their CC company if you have used it to do business with GISOL. I just talked to my CC company because I was checking to see why I have not recieved my new dispute paperwork against GISOL yet. They informed me that GISOL had given them some kind of BS information that made them set up a recurring charge with GISOL where they would charge my account every month for this package they said I bought. The charge was to be $877 a month. I asked my CC company how they could have done that after I had cancelled my card and was reissued a new one with a new CC number that GISOL should not have. They said in the dispute which GISOL had won it was explained that they had me at a recurring account. So using that, my CC company set it up so they would be able to charge my account every third of the month for $877.

WTF!

Sorry for my language but this has gotten to far out of hand. The only reason I found out about this is because I called my CC company to find out why I had not received the dispute paperwork I had requested. On top of that they said I could not file another dispute with them even though it was for a different reason (I did not receive what I paid for). I immediately closed my CC account and made them promiss me that no charge could be placed on my account effective today. They agreed to that, we’ll see. I swear, Washington Mutual is no better than these GISOL scumbags.

I would strongly suggest that you talk to your card company about keeping GISOL from making any further charges. If they cannot promise you that then I would get a new card issued with a different number and make sure they block any recurring charges from GISOL or just plain close your account if you do not think you can trust your own CC company. What a shame!
