Okay... here is my update. I emailed and called GISOL to get an immediate rebate or a complete refund. They never responded to my calls or emails. I decided, after reading all the great help here, that I needed to start a dispute with my credit card company "Chase". I wrote out my story and mailed it to them. I just got word today that Chase has reversed the charge. Now, I know I may not be out of the woods yet. I have heard that sometimes GISOL gets the credit card companies to put the charge back on. I am continuing to monitor the situation and I am using Frank Houck's suggestions on dealing with this situation. Namely, that I never agreed to the contracts term (regardless of my signature on their contract), by the fact that I have not used their services. "Use" constitutes "agreement". "Agreement" is a legal term and even their contract says that. Hopefully, this will be the leverage I will need to make Chase's decision stick. I'll keep you posted. Thanks to everyone for all the useful information.

Keep fighting. Send your contact info to Mike. I am trying to hook up with a lawyer for a class action suit to be filed in L.A. I am still waiting for my credit card's final decision in my case, but I'm planning to continue to fight Gisol, even if I get my money back. They are stealing from too many people!
