HOw come the credit card fraud departments are allowing this company to scam peole like that for years??? I personally spoke to "Joshua." I have a feeling there are about three "employees" in someone's garage somewhere making this scam. It's horrifying. And "Adam"'s letter is full of grammatical mistakes and typos and condescension. They are clearly not a real ethical upstanding business.
