Well, please do what I did: File a police report regarding the forgery.

I didn't know who to call, so I called 911 and explained a retailer forged my signature.

They sent an officer who was confused of what to do. He thought at first it was a credit card dispute.
I explained the forgery and showed him the documents.
Then I spelled it out for him saying "If I owned a business and forged my customer signatures on false purchases, how would I get in trouble"

He called back to the station and came back with the decision to file a report of Forgery in the second degree.

My point in telling you this is 1) Reporting forgery is not that common and 2) GISOL probably gets away in doing forgerys because not many are willing to report.
I am sending a copy of the report to LA Sheriff Office given to me by a past poster.

I also filed a report just so I can say I did to GISOL, if they still fight my refusal to pay.

I also have a dispute with Chase for the amount of $1,798.20 with GISOL. They forged my signature on a statement as well.
