After 4 months of disputing my gisol charge, after which I (naively) thought they would side with me (because I documented everything!), Discovercard has sided with gisol. Why? Because they produced a fraudulent receipt/contract with my signature for $1798. Discovercard is useless!!! They kept saying, well, gisol has a signed contract, if it's fradulent, get a lawyer. I am so incensed. Gisol has it down to a science how to screw people. Please call "Melissa", a manager, at Discovercard. I told her there were others out there like me.
