Just received a letter from the Attorney General’s Office in California stating they are contacting GISOL. If you have not already done so, I urge you all to contact the AG Office. There are now 431 complaints against GISOL at the BBB.
You can file a complaint on-line at:
http://ag.ca.gov/contact/index.phpI have asked the BBB for copies of all complaints against GISOL and was told that the Attorney General’s Office would have to ask for them. Please mention the “F” rating for deceptive business practices as stated by the Better Business Bureau and the number of complaints they have received.
Thank you,

RE: Global Internet Solutions
Dear Kris
Thank you for bringing your consumer complaint to the attention of Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. Your complaint is valuable to us as it alerts our office to consumer problems that might not otherwise be brought to our attention.
We will write to the company that you have a complaint against and request a response from them regarding your concerns. Whenever possible we attempt to establish better lines of communication between the two parties involved in a consumer dispute. The procedure is an attempt to resolve the dispute you and the company. In many cases, the consumer and the company will reach a mutually satisfactory agreement as a result of our efforts.
We do want to inform you, however, that our office is prohibited by law from representing individual citizens in legal matters. We do, within the limits of our resources bring lawsuits for violations of California law in cases of statewide significance. However, our role in any legal action is on behalf of all of the people of California.
We will retain your consumer complaint in our files because at some future date, legal action may be taken against this company by our office. If legal action is taken against the company named in your letter, your complaint could be utilized as important evidence and provide vital documentation for our use on behalf of all California consumer’s interests.
Hopefully our correspondence to the company named in your complaint will lead to a satisfactory resolution of your problem. If not, you may wish to contact private legal counsel to advise you of other possible remedies.
Again, thank you for writing the Office of the Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr.

I submitted my initial complaint at the address posted. It took about 10 days to get this letter. I think this is a
“bandwagon” we should all jump on.
Kris
Thanks Kris,
I agree totally. Everyone who reads this, send a complaint either online as above, or as Kris has actually had a response, maybe it would be better to write:
Attorney General’s Office
California Department of Justice
Attn: M. Scott
Public Inquiry Unit
P.O. Box 944255
Sacramento, CA 94244-2550
Please do like Kris says and “jump on the bandwagon”. If you’ve taken the time to find this website and read this post, take the time to write a letter. If they suddenly get a flood of letters, they will have to take notice. M. Scott is now already aware. Let’s make him VERY aware….
I too also filed a complaint against GISOL with the CA Attorney General …and also with the BBB and the Head Deputy, High Technology Crime Division, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Hopefully we’ll get some justice.
I got this same letter in response to the complaint I filed. Their Gisol file should be getting bigger and will hopefully elicit some action. Kris, did Gisol ever respond to you through the AG?
We are recent victims and also filed a complaint with the LA BBB and reported them to the LA County Sheriff’s Department, who suggested we need to file with our local authority and have that complaint forwarded to LA Detective Bureau. Thanks Kris for the Atty General’s address, I’ll be writing them today!
Let’s all pull together to get this scam company shut down and the principals put in jail where they belong!!
GISOL has not bothered to respond to any of our calls other than to shuffle us around to people who can’t resolve the problem, nor do they care…all they did was hit our CC 4 times trying to rip us off. Thank goodness our bank suspected fraud and refused the transactions, when they couldn’t get our money they shut our website down…OUCH on that.
These people have no intentions of trying to resolve any of our issues, only to further rip you off given the opportunity.
That’s their business model, suck you in get you dependent upon your domain name business, at the one year mark start the process by telling you that your domain name has expired. Now they can begin really ripping you off because you “have no choice” or lose your domain name. What we found out is that they have listed themselves as the “registrant” not you the individual who should be the registrant of your domain name.
BUYER BEWARE OF THESE CREEPS!!!
